i wanted to start up exercising, as of results, i would like to lose some weight, mainly off my stomach and arms. and id like to make everything more toned and curvy. I dont have to worry about the figure, because i have it, its just got a few extra pounds. I would also like a bit of a bigger, perkier . And i dont want to lose my . Which of these would you find most useful for the results i am looking for? Zumba or Kickboxing? Please let me know, I want to lose some weight within the next 2-3 months. Thanks :)
