Help again ?

If I have the concentration of an acid, like say I have HCl with a concentration of 0.20mol/L (0.20M), can I ume thats the concentration of H3O+(hydronium ions) it'll give in water and calculate the pH? And, also, which one would you consider more acidic, NaOH or NaHCO3 and HCl or HF and why? thanks!
