Does anyone know what is wrong with Bill Gates?

releasing Vista and I can't even use the internet with the built in browser (IE Beta) because most sites or their functions don't work correctly...why am i forced to download a different companies browser to get a full and rich internet experience? Doesn't he feel bad? Or is that why he is doing all of his charitable work...because that will save his soul...
