Please Help With This STD question!!!! Important?

Im 16 year old male and I had with this girl yesterday at her house. I noticed when we was "doing it" she had bumps by her virgina and it kinda creeped me out. She also kept talking about AIDS and other STDs (she said it was fun to talk about it and she takes AIDS cl). She also wanted me to do it without a condom but I still used one anyway. I wanted to know if it was a website that could tell if someone has a STD and how their 'privates' would look. Also I had to use about 8 condoms because the condoms kept popping. I had it in her for about 1 sec before we noticed and I was wondering how fast can a STD spread.
