What Level Would You Give This French?

It's perfectly understandable French but there are lots of grammatical points to make - but don't worry as you might not have studied them yet! In future you will need to look at getting rid of Anglicisms, but that will come with experience as you will get the 'feel' of what sounds right and what doesn't. Also little things like adjectival agreements and getting the right person in the verb (e.g. I, you, they etc.). I am not familiar with the grading system you mention but that is pretty good for year 9 and once you're at GCSE you should do well, good luck.
