Need help ASAP!??????

If it sounds to good to be true, it probably is! I mean why does she sound so desperate for her to get this puppy, knocking the price down and paying for surgery. My dog has a hernia and has had it since a puppy, it doesn't go away, it is removed ONLY by surgery. I am reasponsible for my dog and wouldn't expect the breeder I got her from to pay for it. I would find another breeder!
