Are British people proud they (under Churchill) didn't surrounder to the Nazis WWII?

As Churchill said we would have never surrendered and all Brits are proud of this part of our history. I must point out one major omission you have made. The war in europe was effectively won by Russia. Germany lost the war the day they invaded Russia.
