Crazy dream about my boyfriends babymom?

i was about 4 or 5 months preg. and his BM was takin their daughter out to the car and puttin her in the car seat next thing i know she kicked me in my stomache and i fell back on the ground and my boyfriend was holdin me back, and me and his BM was arguing and i choked her, and since she lightskin she started turning red then my boyfriend got me off of her, lolz does anybody know what that dream meant??
