Is this the vibrational stage?

So I've recently taken an interest in astral projection and I had my first attempt last night, and after relaxing, while listening to binaural beats I felt this prickly sensation throughout my body, and my eyes, legs, feet etc. Began to twitch and while my eyes were closed it felt as though my body was spinning rapidly, and my heart began to race (I think it was from my own excitement though) and after that it kinda went away, I think probably because I got excited, so was this the vibrational state of astral projection?
