Illumanti rap vs Old school rap?

Well i wouldn't say any music hypnotizes, but music and even all art does have an influence on society and the music after. I would say when rap first started it had more of an influence then on illumanti rap, mostly because when rap first started out it was very general and didnt have specific sub genres like illumanti, but that is my opinion
