I have a lot of ICT coursework to catch up on but my teacher is unhelpful?

I have 2 weeks to do a very large amount of coursework for ICT. Unfortunately I just can't stand my teacher, she is rude to me, talks in a tone which would get me in serious trouble if i used it and whenever I ask for help she either just says something along the lines of "you should understand this" or reluctantly helps me and talks to me as if what we are doing is obvious. I am not the only person she does this to, most other people find her irritating and unhelpful. Now i have got two weeks to complete a large amount of coursework and I am not sure if I can complete it in time but i cant take the work home as i need to use school resources to do it and although I can work at lunchtimes she is really unhelpful, does anyone have any ideas?
