Do Disney shows ever poke fun at Nickelodeon?

As far as I've ever known, no, Disney does no such thing. My cousins are addicted to both networks, and I've heard Nick poke fun of Disney, but I've never heard Disney make fun of Nick. They think of themselves as too wholesome for that, I suppose. I guess that's why so many networks and shows make fun of them. (i.e. South Park, Family Guy, etc.)
