To any Bank of America coustomers!!!?

This isnt a question this is a statement. If you have an account at bank of america please move the account to a local bank or credit union cause BOA doen not care about you!!! Unless you have $1,000,000 in your account your nothing to them. If you dont belive me try to call them with a problem with your account, they will talk to you like your a child and dismiss you the same way. Ive never seen such a large company be so careless and rude about my concerns. Just a little inf of my situation... I tried to get a loan for $2000 to buy a truck and an ociate led me in the direction of a BOA platinum card at %) for 6 months. Not ever telling me about a $30 fee for the transaction and 24% apr for the life of the loan. I was told ZERO for six month NO STRINGS. Come to find out the ociate was wrong and gave me the wrong information. So who is at fault? You guessed it ME? I took a thousand dollar loan , Paid $50 the first month and now owe more than I first withdrew. TK BOA
