I think I'm pregnant.. But i'm not sure.?

okay so for the past month and a half i've had "pregnancy symptoms" and my mother and everyone thinks i might be pregnant well i took three tests and they were negative and my period was a week and three days late, now its not even like a period jsut spotty and i have no cramps at all, do you think i could be pregnant?
