Could i have a concussion?

I had my first trial at a cafe, which was very small and was a tudor building and had winding stairs and was very low. I banged the front of my head on the lower hanging bits of wall as i was carrying plates several times. I was wondering if it poses a risk of concussion? I have a sort of headache now but i think that could be from the laptop and the fact i had 6 hours sleep and did a lot of strenuous jobs and stair walking
