Pls Help! Are these normal pregnancy symptoms?

Hi! I am 10 1/2 wks pregnant and around 4-6 weeks my lower back hurt my were extremely tender and all of a sudden at the end of six weeks it was all gone! Now the only pg symptoms I have are extremely bad headaches, cramps and stomachaches. I never had vomiting. At 7 weeks I had to have an emergency ultrasound because I had some bleeding, and they saw the baby was in there and had a heartbeat of 133. But now main symptom is basically just cramps and headaches. I'm so scared but I couldnt get in to the doctor until next week. I was thinking about going to a clinic but I dont really see what they could do?? Does it sound like I am having a misscarriage/ missed miscarriage? I have had no bleeding since the few drops that one time.... and the sonogram said it was an implantation bleed anyways...
