Is the old wilderness ever returning to RuneScape?

I like RuneScape, I used to pk all the time but they changed the wilderness so that you have to fight in this thing called the bounty hunting arena and I absolutely hate it. Are there any other RuneScapers out there? Do you know if they will revert the wilderness back to it's old murderous ways?
